Introduction
Hi there! I’m Priyansha, a 6th-semester Computer Engineering student at Kathmandu Engineering College. This blog is my way of tracking my learning journey, sharing what I experiment with, the challenges I face, and the small wins I achieve along the way.
I’m not an expert yet — far from it! But I believe that learning out loud is the best way to grow, stay motivated, and inspire others who are just starting out in tech.
Why I Started This Blog
I’ve always been curious about software development, web technologies, and problem-solving. During my coursework and small personal projects, I realized that keeping track of my progress is incredibly motivating.
By sharing my journey here, I hope to:
- Reflect on what I’m learning and where I need to improve
- Build a habit of documenting progress
- Connect with others who are also learning
My Current Focus Areas
Right now, I’m focusing on:
- Web Development: Learning HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- UI/UX Design: Exploring Canva and design principles
- Project Practice: Building small apps and experimenting with code
- Problem Solving: Tackling programming exercises and challenges
Every project, no matter how small, teaches me something new — whether it’s debugging a tricky bug or designing a better interface.
Small Wins Along the Way
Some recent things I’ve worked on include:
- Creating a personal portfolio website to showcase my skills and projects
- Completing online tutorials on React and UI design
- Contributing ideas to campus tech events as part of my ambassador roles
I like to celebrate these small wins because they remind me that learning is a journey, not a race.
Challenges I’m Facing
Learning tech isn’t always smooth! Some challenges I’m currently tackling:
- Balancing college coursework and self-learning
- Understanding more advanced JavaScript concepts
- Deploying projects live and maintaining them
I try to approach these challenges as opportunities to learn deeper and grow stronger.
Looking Forward
As I move through my 6th semester and beyond, my plan is to:
- Build more real-world projects
- Keep experimenting with different tech stacks
- Share regular progress updates on this blog
The goal isn’t perfection — it’s consistent growth, learning, and exploration.
